Kei-gee persuades Kin-bong to stay. Chok-wing also forgets about the list of decoys for the time being. Chok-wing announces he is going to implement reforms and introduce big data analysis. Chi-kin wants Cheuk Hoi and his chums, in their capacity as Cheung Hing’s enemy, to coax Tak-lai into showing up. Cheuk Hoi knows Chi-kin is a calculating guy. But his is taken hostage, so he has to take it one step at a time.
